Hi people i just wanted to say that I found a good way to lose weight not to fast but fast you do 50 curl ups every morning and nite then you go on the treadmill for 30 min or jog for 30 min then you eat 3 meals a day keep a food diary so you can compare then you give up soad and on sat and sun treadmill for 1hr then you do 100 curl ups every mornin and nite u do this for 5 months itll work and i mean work YEAHHHH I LOVE ME

hey that is a good idea i just want ot kno if you don't have a treadmill you have to jog and what kind of food do u eat so u don't gain anything...... cause i weigh 158 and i need to lose 35 pounds before my sweet 16th birthday
