i am a 151/2 female that is in high school and i have trouble losing weight but i hate to drink water and it doesn't work and i weigh 158 and i would like to lose about 25 pounds right now so if you kno how i can please reply it will be great....

well lets see i never use a car unless i really have to but on most cases i walk wherever i want to which is mostly everywhere and i will try not to drink soda anymore i have to make a list of some sort to see how i do i wil lmake up my own diet with healthy foods

I absolutely HATED water! my mum would be like "lauren drink some its good for you" and id say no and reach for a glass of coca cola. This has changed though now. Just buy yourself a big bottle in the morning and keep it with u throughtout the day. Whenever ur thirsty just take a sip. U'll be suprised at how ur attitudes start to change and i guarentee after two weeks of this you wont be able to get enough of it. Make sure its chilled though becuase then its especially nice.On the other hand, you could always try the fizzy sugar free flavoured drinks. They have got something like 3 cals in a litre if yiou buy the right kind. These make a change from plain water and dont pile on the pounds.

if you want to drop 25 lbs, then you are going to have to start exercising every day or every other day. or at least 3 times a week. You also need to cut out unhealthy foods from your diet..fast food..ice cream..donuts..soda..etc. And you do need to drink water. It is a stomach filler. If you dont like it you can buy these water flavoring things at walmart for like 1.50. They are little pouches you can put in your water so it will taste like lemonade, tea, whatever kind you buy. They come in a 10 pack. And they have no calories no nothing!
