Hi my name is Ashley i'm 15 5'2and I weigh 158 I know i,m way over weight but it is sooooooo hard to lose the weight when everybody is all ways making my do it. I had a great boyfriend named cody but he dumped me because of my apperance. Can any one give me some tips on losing weight so I can get my boyfriend back???

I was distraught and didnt get out of bed for a whole day because i was crying so much then i though "hey hold on, its his loss" and i decided to do things for myself. I had extensions put in my hair and embarked on a fitness regime where i lost 10lbs in three weeks. I have maintained this new weight although ideally i would like to lose more. When i see my ex now i just smile and say "hey dude" but i have no feelings for him whatsoever. Ur beautiful no matter what shape you are. Once people start realising this (although they will be now you just dont realise it) you'll be so happy. Just smile and dont think about him, just think about how shocked and angry he will be at himself for dumping you when you come strolling up to him looking like a supermodel. lol. Reply from Belica, Age 16 - 01/14/05 - IP#: 211.26.1.xxx First of all, If i were you i wouldn't want him back if he dumped you because of what you "look like". and im quoting 'look like' coz ur a beautiful person! dont let anyone tell u different. ure not sooooooooooo over weight. i reckon, if u change some of ur eating habbits, and start simple exercise routines 3 times a week 30 mins per session and also power walking 3-6 days per week(ur body needs ATLEAST 24 hrs rest after a week full of workout), u should see a change in no time. just dont take it to extremes.if u want, u can email me or add me to msn jugo_slovak@hotmail.com
