Hey, what are curls and what are crunches? Also, I keep seeming to eat like 700-900 calories a day, am I screwing up my metablism? I've heared that this is the worst number because it's not so few that you lose weight and not enough to keep up your metabalism, is this true?

YES. you need to eat at least 1200cal a day, no acceptions AT ALL. Acrunch is when you lie down and pull your upper body up using your abs, "crunching" them essentially. A curl is usually for your arms, you curl up your arm, pulling your fore-arm up to your hand touches your shoulder but your elbow is stil down. Usually done with weights.
