Hey guys!! I have a question i need to lose about 14 pounds because i am in my cuzins wedding and i dont no if i am doing the right stuff!! ok i weigh 180 and i am 5 '3 but i wanna get down to like 135 by may or june first of all is this possible? and this is what i have been doing for the last week i eat like fish or chicken with veggies, tea with sweetand low or diet dr.pepper and of course water and i do 3-4 miles on the treadmill along with some weight training and crunchs each night is this enough??? ooh and sometimes i make a sandwich with healthy choice wheat bread and some ham is this ok can i meet my goal if i keep it up that is allot of weight

I meant to say i use to weigh 180 aswell now i weigh 170

Hey I weigh 170 aswell and ive been on a h2o diet you drinnk water and only water and you eat fruits and veggies and salads no meat no caffine and no candy

yep- you can lose that 45lbs by losing 2 lbs a week untill the end of juse. just exersize and eat healthier with a bit less calories...more fruits and veggies- less high-cal stuff...
