so after kicking my butt all week and only having one slightly bad day i ended up gaining a lb and staying the same body-fat%!!!grrrr!!! but i think part of this might be water retention(even though i ate way less sodium and exersized 3hrs this week!!!), because it obviously isn't fat or muscle if my body-fat % stayed the same. and i think i'm retaining more because i changed from depo-provera(new findings in bone mass loss and i don't want that) to ortho-trycyclen low last week and some people just gain when they switch. i'm definately not going to reach my valentine goal but i admit that was pretty unrealistic in the first place- so i'm not going to really set a goal- i'm just going to work my butt off until then and lose as much as possible with a lot of exersize, less sodium and a good amount of calories 1200-1400 daily. oh, had anyone gained weight on the pill? aqnd has anyone tried those pria bars by power? are they good? i want to try one for a snack today....

hey well good job with working out a lot and its ok you gained a pound you usually do good so as long as you realize u had a bad day last week just go and try hard and im sure you can loose the weight you want good luck
