sorry if i sounded depressing there just army means the world to me and i jut dont seem to be loosing weight no mater how much exercise i do is there ne small remote minuuutest chance it cud be muscle :s

not if you know you're eating too much junk and can see fat. you need a better diet- eat healthy foods- eat for quality and eat less calories- i'd say probably 1700 since you're a big male and add in 30 min exersize every day or every other day and you should drop pounds. i suggest tae-bo because it seems you also want to get fit- tae-bo really boosts your endurance and helps you lose weight at the same time- and teaches you the proper techniques to punches and kicks...good luck!
