does anyone know what an ideal fat% is for a 5'5" 18 year old female? mine is 31.0% and i know that it is not at a healthy range. please answer my posts because i try to answer all of yours and for some reason nobody answers mine. sorry, didn't mean to whine but it's true...

Im 15, 5'4" my average weight is 130 but im like 60 pounds over weight. sorry i couldnt help, but i know how it feels to be singled out
