hey guys,i really need ur helptheres only like a week left until the end of the semester...and at my school, a new semester means 4 all new classes, and the end of 4 old ones, so i want to have a great end to the semester so i need to lose like 10 pounds in a week. and im really open to anything. and yea i know that not eating is unhealthy but its really important...and after i lose the quick 10 pounds i will lose the rest of the wieght i need to lose by eating healthy and excercising. thanks for the help

if you lose 10 lbs in one week, it is very unhealthy. If you do lose that much, you will just gain it all back. Try 10lbs in 2 or 3 weeks. Good luck! ~jenna~

Losing that much weight in a short period of time is very unhealthy. You might lose it for a few weeks but it will surely come back. The only way to really lose the weight (and not just lose water and muscle weight) is to lose it slowly.

i lost 10 pounds in a week and i ate 1200 calories... u gotta eat or u wont lose anyweight... also i ran like 3 miles a day... so do that and im sure u can do it
