Hey people. I am here to give some tips to help you lose weight. To build more muscle eat protein and complex carbs. Protein is in all meat but be careful about fatty meat and red meat. And complex carbs are found in vegetables, cereals, breads, and pastas. Make sure the bread and pasta is either low-carb or whole grain. And on the pasta dont use oily or fatty toppings. Theses things bulid muscle and when you have more mucsle mass and tone then u burn more calories through out the day even when resting! This is very true. So everyone good luck!

But also when looking at low-carb products be sure to check nutrition information, because often times these products have MORE fat and sometimes calories than regular products that have more carbs.
