I feel that when i gained like the 5 lbs. back that i cant continue dieting like i was. Like today i ate for B was a yougart 2 blackberries, a piece of Light wheat and jam. then for snack before lunch i had like 6 pretzels. and then lunch i had to eat in foods class it was like a fruit filling tortilla. that is so fattening..urgh i am so depressed and stressed out lately. After school i am going to run a mile and work on legs and arms and then get home and do 6 second abs. and then eat dinner later. i feel like a failure. i dont know what to do ne more.

Whatever you do don't deprive yourself of food, I'll tell ya it's not a good way to loose weight. Just eat the right foods and not the junky foods. The less you eat the more you're body is going to go into overdrive and hold on to the food it has which is going to make you not loose weight. You're body need vitamins and nutrients to stay healthy. One of the best things you can eat are apples, They're a good snack with lots of vitamins and are only 81 cals for a medium one. Also 10 grapes are only 36 cals! I hope I helped!
