Hi Everyone! Thanks! I just wanted to give you a couple of tips! A good way to loose weight is to go to a fitness club or even do a 1 hour tape at home, A good one is "Walk away the Pounds for abs" it's only a 15min workout and you can do it after you get home from school. Also I'm on a low-cal life style change, I don't really like to call it a diet, because the word "diet" to me means that it's temporary and won't last long. For every meal I eat 300 cals or less. A good way to loose weight is to replace 1 meal a day with a salad and you can put all the veggies you want, just go easy on the croutons. I also love the George Foreman grill, you should see all the fat that comes out of a hamburger. I hope I helped!

actually- unless you only eat while on a specific diet- you'll be on a diet your whole life because diet means what we eat- not that we eat less then other people...

yeah u did help thanks..and i have a question, how many meals a day do u eat, because if u only eat like 3 thats not much calories. i try to eat that much but i cant for dinner because my parents make me eat what they are having, and we also have the baby george grill thing
