how does this sound so far, for B: i had 2 egg whites, and 2 pieces of light wheat bread, For lunch i am having a tiny salad, fat free ranch dressing, light n fit yougart, an orange, and about 5 baby carrots, then i am working out after school, running a mile or more, working on legs and arms and other. then going home and having a snack maybe an orange or something healthy, and then having dinner(dont know what yet)..hows that?

SORRY; THAT WASNT A REALY TO OLIVIA. IST REALLY ANNOYING THAT IT SAYS IN THE LITTLE BOX AFTER YOU PRESS "PUT ON BULLETIN BOARD". am i the only one who always does that?? oh, and i meant expeRt, not expect. sorry, spelling is not my area of expertese.

Im no expect calorie counter, but it doens sound like enough food. You need to consume at least 1200 cal a day to stay healthy. So go back and count your days calories and you see if thats enough or not!
