hey everyone I posted the same thing the other day, but I can't find it so idk if it worked...anyways I'm 5'2 and 130 pounds and I want to weigh between 100-110 by the end of the school year. I run at least a mile everyday and walk a mile too. I don't eat breakfast or lunch and a small portion of dinner and no snacks Is there anything else I should be doing thanks for the help ~Shelby

I hope you know your are going to eventually starve yourself to death. That is amazingly unhealthy. You need to eat at least 1200 cal a day to keep out of Starvation mode. You say that if you eat then you dont loose weight, well, on this site, we are all trying to healthily loose weight, meaning a pound or 2 a day, TOPS. If you stick at 1200cal and do exercise, then you WILL loose wieght. It will go slowly, but steadily and it wil be perminant.

wow u really need to eat more, ur body is going to go into starvation mode..please eat more, and if u eat like 3-4 HEALTHY meals a day and exercise like u are u will lose weight but it takes time. if u eat like u are now but start eating alot sometime u are just going to gain all the weight back..its not healthy!! EAT

If you eat the amount you suggested your body will sure drop some immediate weight, but as soon as you start eating even somewhat regularly it will come back on. The only real way to lose weight and keep it off it to lose it slowly, like a pound to 2 pounds a week. I know it's hard, but if you do a crash diet like this your metabolism actually slows down and gets more efficient because it thinks you're starving. Over time you'll be unable to lose any weight.
