hey im 5'5" and weigh 142 pounds i want to lose 32 pounds in 2 1/2 monthes can any one give me any tips on how tp start?

And drink lots of water and heat healthy, more like watch your portions. (I know I think I spelt that wrong but oh well)Well I hope I halped?
