Hi Im 14 and I am overweight by a little too much but I have started walking everyday and eating a bit more healthy but I keep wondering if it will pay off in the end will it? Any advice would be greatly appriciated thanks ~ Sarah

Well whats helping me is not eating any red meats and only things like white meat ( chicken & turley ) fish, and a lil ham here and there. I also cut out foods hogh in fat, sugar, and are cooked with a lot of grease. For exercise, I walk at a brisk pace for 20-40 minutes....do a few sit-ups and squats. I lost three pounds so far since last friday

Of course it will pay off! As long as you keep it up, and dont expect immediate results, but it sounds like already know what long term is the best way. So just keep it up! If it is differnt (more healthy) then what you have been doing in the past, then how could it NOT help!?! good luck!
