I'm sorry I just have to share, I'm so proud of myself......I LOST 4 POUNDS THIS WEEK!!! And I wasn't even perfect! Two nights I went over the number of points I was supposed to have (points are for weight watchers) I just did more exercise than I usually do and it came right off!! HOW EXCITING!

Well I'm on Weight Watchers so I don't count calories. I get 20 points a day (because I weigh under 150) and then a few days when I really want a treat I use my flex points (you get 35 flex points to use or not use a week in case you really want one special treat or something).
For exercise I either run around my neighborhood for 30-45 minutes and then come home and do some crunches and lunges and lift 10 lb. weights, or I go to the gym and do 40-60 minutes on the elliptical trainer (i bring my ipod, and some magazines or homework that I need to memorize and the times goes really fast) and then I do some of the weight machines and crunches. This past week was finals week at my school so I get out either at 12:20 or 10:00 AM every day so I got to go to the gym a lot and I just studied for my finals on the elliptical.

awesome job, and keep the good work up!! how many calories do u eat in a day and what exercises do u do?
