hiya, im looking for someone whos been in the same situation as me or still is. i was obese and i have lost 46lbs, taking me from 191lbs to 145lbs which im sooo happy about but i still want to loose another 10lbs and im finding it so hard. i havent lost any weight in a few weeks now because at night when i get home i just feel so hungry and eat so much food. its not usually fattening food but its late at night and i eat to much. have u got any advice of how 2 stop me doign this? im also still not happy with my body and it gets me down even though i feel alot better. the fact that i cant eat what i want to eat really depresses me and i sometimes just wish i was thin and could eat whatever i wanted like all my friends! does anyone else whos lost weight still feel down? although overall im a happier person food and loosing weight is still ALWAYS on my mind and i hate it! advice or anything would be great! thanks xxx

Ya, i used to be like 180, and now i'm 160, i didn't loose as much weight as you did, but i can't loose any more, i dunno why, and all of my friends are like toothpicks, and they eat like tons of junk food and candy, and what ever they want and don't gane an ounce, and if they want to be skinnier, they just don't eat junkfood for a day, and they loose like 3 pounds. But i dunno what to do:(
