Hey guys I have a problem and I'm kind of scared to post it but I need some advice. WELL, it started last year when I weighed 140 and lost 20 lbs. Then at the begining of the school year I started to get an eating disorder. I dont know how or why but I will eat nothing and then eat a lot. No one knew about it because it doesent seem that bad. Untill today when my mom noticed 5 peices of pumpkin bread missing becuase I ate it. Then she was mad and asked why I eat a lot one day and like nothing the next....I was like, Oh crap I'm caught. I don't know what to do or to tell them if I have an eating disorder. Do I even have one? I would appreciate it if all of you could help me, and good luck with your weight loss.

also, type in Overeaters Anonymous to google and go to their website. I think they have some questions that you answer to see if you really have an eating disorder, and then what you should do about it
GET HELP NOW BEFORE IT BECOMES A HUGE PROBLEM!!

THat would be considered under binge-eating disorder. I have been like that for a long time, but I am finally getting it under control. What you need to do is stop those days where you eat nothing which causes you to binge(eating a lot), so try something simple as eating 3 square meals a day, and not skipping any meals, and keep yourself busy, and that should help you not to binge. If that doesnt work, tell your mom, and ask her if you can make an appointment with the nutritionist at the doctors office. It is free, if you are under an eating disorder category!
