I do not know how to lose weight. I want to lose about 60 pounds by summer. But I can't seem to find a diet or workout plan that doesnt use drugs, liposuction, or exspensive stuff to buy. I am really getting mad because I want to lose this weight but I just don't know how. If anyone could give me some advice on a diet where I can mostly lose inches but that is free and easy. Think natural foods to lose wieght. Fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains. Lessen your carb intake, but dont get sucked into the "no carb" diets, you will lose energy instead of weight. Sites like fowfat.com have good recipes for yummy low fat foods, so does slimfast.com.

just eat fewer calories(1200-1400) and buy a tape to exersize to. if you don/t have any money then go for walks or turn on music and dance like crazy on a daily basis...
