hey, tell me if i did good today! okay-breakfast-bowl of frosted mini wheats...lunch-light yogurt and 100 cal pack, snack-banana, dinner-lean cuisine mac and cheese, green beans (alot of them!) i ran 4miles too and did 300 crunches and lifted SOME weights..did i do good?!

concentrate a lot on your protien!!! you need like 50-60 grams a day or you'll lopse more muscle mass!
