hey, someone told me in my last post i needed more protein, so i had 2 tbsps of peanut butter, it was all i could think of, but its soo fattening. but after that i added up to about 1400 cals. is this good or bad?

You don't need to eat PB, chicken(which is pretty lean) will do. Kashi bars have 13 grams of protein. I don't think you need to worry about it too much, just eat a balanced diet and you should be getting the right amount. Too much protein will stress your kidneys.

instead of having 2 tbsp have 1tbsp it will still have a lot of protein and you wont feel as guilty. abbZ*
