I really wanna lose weight and i am willing to start today, my problem is i had a sleepover and got lots of candy and its still in my house i also bought some yesterday when i went out of town. i dont want to wast this candy, I have no self control and i need some!!! also wats a good diet plan. ????? please help me!

Hey! I know how you feel around sweets. When its not there your not tempted to eat it. Then when its lying around....well thats a different story. Well for the past while I've been doing some crazy dieting. The easyest way that I've lost weight was not eating. I lost 10 lbs in about 5 days with that. But the next days you do eat regular again, you gain it back! So I will tell you one thing...starving does make you loose weight but you put it back on. So I never did that again. Although I've started something last week and its awesome. I wake up, have breakfast which would be a bowl on cereal or something. Then at 12 I'd have lunch. A ppj sandwitch with a water and a fruit. Then around 3ish I'd have a snack. Today I had a huge chocolate chip cookie. Then for supper I had soup. Which was around 5. Then I went to the gym and ran 2 miles and lifted weights. The next morning I weighted myself and I was a lbs less in one day. Basically wat I'm trying to say is, if you eat small to medium meals scattard out through the day, that will keep your metabolism fast and it will help in weight loss. I also dont eat after 6ish. It digests your food and you end up loosing more weights. I didnt cut out my sweets or anything, I just ate less. I only drink water and skim milk. Sometimes I drink diet coke.
