i dont know what to do anymore, sometimes i feel like i am loseing weight and look better but other days i see myself as really fat... and i sometimes i feel like 1200 calories will slow my metabolism down and i wanna up it alittle but i am scared to, but today i ate like 1500 calories is that to much and i didnt get to exercise? and i have one more question u know how we are suppost to eat about like 6-11 servings of grains and breads or whatever well what types of foods are there? i know breads but what other things?

for the othr foods ur supposed to have 6-11 of grain like u said thn im thnkn 4-6 of fruits, 4-6 of vegetables, mayb 2-4 of dairy, 3-5 meats/protiens and thn limited sweets

I read somewhere that because we are young, our metabolism won't slow down TOO much even if we consume 1200 calories. But I think you can still lose if you consume 1500 calories. Just do exercise...and lots of it! Good luck!
