What are some healthy cal-burning skin-firming exersizes? I need to look good in a bikini b4 summer. Everytime I lose weight, I just lose it from my hips! I'm not lying. Then my pants always fall down! Please give me tips on having a nice body!

man- i need to lose it from my hips. but just alternate weightlifting days with cardio days- then you'll tone all over and burn calories...
