Ok, so heres the deal- starting the week afternext(i have someting next week so i cant start then) I am goin to have 3 hard hours of bball a week(2 days), 2 hours of jogging (straight for an hour 2 days), and twice swimming. I have jsut started swimming so I am starting with 1000meters (10laps). Along with healthy eating (and im giving up chocolate and meat for Lent) do you think i can loose about 40 lbs by June/July? Oh and only water!! Please tell me what you think!!
