Hey guys its been about 2 weeks since i have started to walk a mile every day and i have gone from 190 to 187. I eat a sandwich for lunch and whatever my parents cook. How can i lose more wieght quicker??? Thanks for your help.

you're losing at a good weight, don't worry. just bump up your exersize and eat quality nutritous foods. good luck!
