hey, i didnt eat well today prolly 1500 calories instead of my 1000 well i did 600 crunches and had a 4 volleyball games so yea...we got a new scale and it weigs me 4 pounds more so im going by that

I mean think about it, you could be at your weight goal, and not know it! Why punish yourself? Besides you could go too low and that can be dangerous.

Because in one part in the movie, he tells this one guy "go add three pounds to the scale in the girls dressing room" and what you said reminded me of that movie.
