hey everyone!I want to lose about 25 pounds and I was wondering if I were to walk everyday afterschool about a mileish will i lose the weight...my diet is no breakfast, no lunch, dinner everyother day

And you don't have to be deathly skinny and frail to be anorexic. Slowly start eating more every day, don't try to do it all in one day or you will get sick. Add like some more food every day until you're eating enough.

Not eating at all 4 one day or every other day is very dangerous. your body needs about (at least) 1200 calories a day
