Okay! Yesterday was my first day. Can you tell me how I did? Breakfast: Bowl of Oatmeal, Lunch: Bottle of water and ice cream cone (I know, but it was the only thing that looked remotely good at school), Supper: Bow tie noodles and spagetti sauce (made by my mom!)Please reply!

ok, you have to have a balanced luch. You should really eat a little more. You should eat 1200 to 1500 cals a day. Try this... On one day of ur diet, count the cals that u eat all day. If it adds up to less than 1200, u got to eat more
