k so im already like eating 1200 cals a day and excersizing almost an hour / day like 4-5 times a week.. but i have stopped losing kind of but i need to lose 10 more lbs by the end of feb im going to cancun again this year w/ my boyfriend yay!! how can i up my losing streak im on a PLATEAU!!! i can't exactly eat LESS, and i honestly have no more time to excersize than what i do! shoudl i just change the routine? or cut out 100 cals? i know its 1200 min but i need to lose 10 more asap!

try eating more some days and then the amount that you're usd to eating the other day. You need to shake up your routine. One day exercise less, the next exercise more. I promise you, it'll work.

I think that your doing great...just while your working out you may want to do more cardiovascular stuff like tredmill and bikes etc. Try laying off the weights for a while, if you want to be toned, you may want to wait a while until you loose some more fat. Good Luck hunnie!!!
