hey youguys are really helpful!! well im so mad cause i did kinda bad! well..for breakfast i had cheerios (170 cals) then when i got to school, they were sellng these REALLY good freshly baked big cookies, and i bought one, but i only had half! for lunch i had a nutrigrain bar and applesause (200) then for a snack i had a piece of turkey (30) well anyways, i ran 3 and a half miles, but do you think it was REALLY that bad to have the cookie?

Breakfast- Bowl of Peanut Butter Crunch with 1% milk Lunch- lemonade, Pizza and fries with ranch dressing Snack- glass of sweet tea (its so good, my mom makes it!) and Dinner- Ham, Cheese, Mayo, and mustard sandwhich (my fav!) lays regular potato chips (not many at all) and another glass of sweet tea. Now dont tell me that aint bad cuz I know it is. Ill do better 2morrow though
