Hey everyone hows it going. I think I did alright today Breakfast 2 slices of bacon and one scrambled egg with pam, no lunch since I had a fat heavy breakfast. Dinner One slice of leftover roast beef and carrots. Small glass of lemonade with that but water the rest of the day. Im looking into buying Nutri Grain bars and yougurt. Reply and tell me the things I can change and any sites about healthy eating would be a big help =)

you need more fruits, more veggies, more frequent eating to keep your metabolism at a high speed, more calories to keep up your metabolism and so you don't lose muscle mass and more calcium and fiber and overall good things for your body...

u need to eat more no bacon its nothin but fat
but if u like breakfast sandwichs try this get english muffins with a piece of fat free cheese and a scrambled egg add salt and pepper and its amazing

Well, I can say that the breakfast is a bit too much. Eat something like healthy cereal or yogurt. Having no lunch isnt too good. U need to have a balenced diet. How long have you been dieting?
