ICK, just think about how its been sitting it FAT- itsnt that enough to turn your stomach!?!? it is for me! Grab a piece of fruit or some carrot sticks. ONLYÂ eat when your hungry! And walk alot! Like make sure to walk everywhere you can, instead of driving, or however else you travel! Good luck"
