is it better to exercise in the morning? because this morning i was going to get up and do taeboe, and ab workout but i was too tired and i had to study for my finale. is it okay to do it in the afternoon or after dinneR??

well- if you go with the myth that calories somehow matter latter at night then the whole morning thing and speeding up your metabolism would work by that theory...

I think you should do it whenever you are most energized. If I could get up and exercise in the morning, i would just because it is one thing off my back and i dont have to do it later, but i cant. Try not to do it right after you eat dinner if you do it at night. Also, make sure it isnt too close to when u go to sleep cuz you might not be able to fall asleep due to you being phsyical.

i think the best time 2 exersize is after dinner because you feel it for the rest of the night and into the morning. it helps me loose weight quicker too.

afternoon is better becuz at night u'll av eaten ur main meal and be exercising on a full stomach which slows down the digestive system which then slows down ur metabolism

I am pretty sure it doesnt matter when you exercise. But some ppl say that its better to do it in the morning just cuz it helps you wake up and you cant avoid it later in the day. But i dont really know if it effects the results.
