Hi everyone! How did I do? Third day. For bf, I had a bowl of Frosted flakes, which I couldn't finish. For lunch, I had a salad water, and there wasn't anything else so I got a (BAd) Klondike bar. Then for dinner I had two small chicken thighs. I'll exercise later. How did I do?

Dont eat ice cream like that at lunch, always keep a couple granola bars in your locker incase that happens,.,.,.,.keep up the exersice**!!**))
