Wow today was not a good day!!!! I used all my calories on junk! i had 2 rice cakes 50 cals each then i had a 100 cal pack then i had 2 apples 1 orange 1 grape fruit a piece of bread (wheat) with light miracle whip and ham, then i had some rolled ham and a few bites of fish!! i feel so bad i didnt really eat any really good foods today i feel hungry and depressed, maybe i will do better tomorrow

At least you didnt go and eat a whole cake or something!1
