do some cardio but also do strength training so they're nice and toned once you get the fat off. i have some good moves, the squat, the lunge, also i like this one a lot and i tried it and ouch my inner thighs are feeling it today: get some 5lb ankle weights and lie on the ground with your back on the ground and your legs straight up in the air. then, slowly and in control, open your legs so that they're going down in oposite directions. return to starting position and repeat. man- i only did 30 of these and my legs are feeling it today...
