Alrighty....i was sick from school today so i didnt have breakfast, then i had a salad for lunch and for dinner i had a small plate of mashed potatoes, steak and corn with a little salad...i also had some pinnaple earlier today....i weigh about 138.5 and im 5`2

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 01/28/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx breakfast is important because it gets your metabolism into day-mode so you essentially burn more calories off when you eat breakfast. also you need more nutrients- where's your calcium? you're protien is severely lacking and i doubt you got enough fiber. you didn't even eat enough to get all of your essential nutrients- don't you want to be healthy?
