I need some major help!! I would really like to loose as much weight as I can by the end of March because Im going to cancun and I would like to look good in a bikini! Ive been exercising a lot and going to my cheerleading practice and my parents are telling me Im loosing weight but the funny thing is that Ive only been eating junk. So basically you should go running 3 times a week and lift 3 times a week too. Eat only 1200-1400 calories a day and eat lots of fruit and veggies and meat. Try to eat a little less bread. I'm not saying eliminate it and starting being NO CARB GIRL, just eat less of it for a bit. Buy a digital scale that counts .5's. So you can see how much your loosing.

You could probably lose like 25 by the end of March...but that would be hard, its a little more than 3 pounds a week. Just stop eating junk, don't eat a lot in general, and exercise a ton! *Ray*Ray*
