Hi I need help! I weight 146-149 and I want toi get to 115. what do I need to do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

The best thing for you to do is drink 8 glasses of water a day, drink 24oz of milk a day, excersize regularly, get plenty of sleep, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, eat yogurt, and low fats (fish, meat- not fried,) soy nuts are good for you too! well good luck, I hope i've been able to help you
