Hey guys umm so far I have been on my diet for only 2 days but am I eating right? I am 5feet 4in I weigh 139 (it may not seem like a lot but its all on my stomach) but for Breakfast- I had eggs,1piece of weat toast,an orange,and water? For lunch- I had salad with turkey,grapes,water? and Dinner- I had chicken,green beans,and water? is that ok? Thanks guys
