Hey guys umm so far I have been on my diet for only 2 days but am I eating right? I am 5feet 4in I weigh 139 (it may not seem like a lot but its all on my stomach) but for Breakfast- I had eggs,1piece of weat toast,an orange,and water? For lunch- I had salad with turkey,grapes,water? and Dinner- I had chicken,green beans,and water? is that ok? Thanks guys

your diet sounds pretty good..but you need exercise if you want to lose weight. good job

To me you did really good but are you exercising and you 139 that is a good weight?
