well i have been working on my abs and trying to lose weight for some time now, and the upper part of my stomach bulges out so much farther then my stomach it looks gross, does ne one now why or ne exercises to help that..oh and the rest of my stomach isnt skinny eaither

its easy, if you work the muscles before you get rid of the fat on top of them, then the strong muscles will push the fat out and make your stomach look bigger. And it will look like fat and not muscle cuz the fat is on top. BUT the good news is that the more muscle you have, the faster the fat goes away (if you work at it), so keep a healthy diet and excercise lots, and yours stomach should flatten out soon enough! good luck!
