how much does driinking water really help you to lose weight? I've been losing really slowly but idont know if it will speed it up.? water is so boring to me, i drink a lot of diet pop.. but i honestly dont think it makes a difference though? I need caffeine lol thats bad but true and i dont like drinking just water gotta have a LITTLE taste in life lol right? but yeah i should'nt drink so much diet pop! either way i have like 1200 cals a day some ppl say that drinkign diet pop makes you hungrier bt thats not thecase for me so is it okay that i only ddrink my water in the momrning with my vitamin and likein my fat free hot chocolate and stuff?

But even if you're not losing weight, you NEED to be drinking water just to stay hydrated and healthy. If you can't get the reccomended 8 glasses a day in, at least shoot for 5...then you're getting at least part of it.

Thats all in the whole bottle not one serving. Trust me, its really good, its not boring at all. And the best thing is that its healthy and not bad 4 u.
