hey you guys, i am 5.2' and i weigh almost 180 lbs! my prom is on april 23. i would like to lose as much weight as possible by then. i am starting to do crunches, i eat pretty healthy most of the time and i walk my dog (and my sister's dog too) for 20 minits every day but i need some more tips. i have a really big belly (some ppl have thought im prego) and big thighs. any help would be greatly appreciated!

hey i feel ur pain i have a valentins dane and i want someone to ask me to maby instead when u walk ur dog take him out 4 40 mins and take him to the park and run with him that is sure to shed the pounds

wow that is heavy! I bet you are big-boned. If so, you can't help that. It will make you weigh a LOT more than if you weren't. Just have confidence and say "I CAN DO THIS!" and "FOOD ISNT EVERYTHING!" and "EXERSIZE IS EASY!" Good luck! ^_^
