Good news all. I am down 3 lbs for the week. I stoped buying junk food like cookies and chips and I lost some wieght and I saved a few dollars too. I am 5ft 8 inches and I am 158 lbs. This is down from my high of 180lbs. What wieght do you guys think I should shot for? Since I don't know when I should stop trying to lose wieght.

I lost 10, gained it back, lost 8, gained it back, and now I've lost 5 and Im going 2 try to keep it off. What type of diet r u on?
