i think the best thing to do is just watch what u eat. have 3 healthy meals a day. Stay away from junkfood. Exersize daily. Or whenever u get the chance. Try ur best and dont give up. Good Luck and God Bless! *Katie, aka aVRIL* PS u a girl or boy cuz ozzy doesnt really give it away uless im stupid
