i have a question, when you reach your goal weight and dont really wanna lose weight any more but u dont want to gain any..how do u do that? do u eat the same or add more? i mean i havnt reached where i wanna be yet, but i was just curious

the generalruleis that youkeep up a healthy amount ofexersize and youeat2000 calories aday of good nutritious foods. after a couple of weeks of doing that you weigh yourself and if you've lost weight add more calories, if you've gained a bit take a few away...

you eat about 1400-1600 calories with moderate exercise.
