KRISITI, i read and saw you lost 20 lbs in 1 month what are your stats? i'd love to lose 15 i dont have a ton to lose but im wondering if my last 15 will be as hard and how hard was it for you to lose?

i agree, it is not healthy. U need about 1200 to 1500 cals a day with exercise!

um will it took alot of power for me, cause i normally eat like 2000 cal a day and i cut it down to about 800-1000 i know that doesnt sould like alot but i eat low cal things, i eat like 3 meals and a snack and it only equals up to 1000 or so
